Share Point Developer - Outside IR35 - Hybrid/Liverpool
We require an experienced Share Point Developer for a three-month engagement to modernise our Share Point Online environment and automate business processes across the Power Platform, with AI tooling - including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude - embedded throughout delivery.

We need a developer to deliver improvements to our Share Point Online environment, modernise existing sites, and automate business processes using the Power Platform.
A core objective of this engagement is the practical use of AI tooling - including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude - to accelerate development, improve code quality and support end-user productivity.
The developer will embed these tools into day-to-day delivery.
- Design, build and maintain Share Point Online sites, lists, libraries and content types.
- Develop custom solutions using Share Point Framework (SPFx), including web parts and extensions.
- Modernise legacy/classic sites and pages to modern Share Point Online experiences.
- Configure permissions, governance and information architecture to our standards.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Develop Power Apps (canvas and/or model-driven) integrated with Share Point data.
- Integrate Share Point with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, One Drive).
- Use Microsoft 365 Copilot to accelerate content, configuration and productivity tasks.
- Use Claude and Copilot to assist with code generation, review, documentation and testing.
- Advise on responsible, secure use of AI tooling within the Share Point environment.
- Support & documentation
- Produce technical and end-user documentation for all delivered solutions.
- Provide knowledge transfer and handover to our internal teams at the end of the engagement.
- Key Skills & Experience Required
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID configuration and governance understanding.
- Hands-on experience with AI development and productivity tools - Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude.
- Ability to work independently, manage own workload and deliver to agreed milestones.
