About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for prospective customers. If you’re great at prospecting, thrive in a high-energy environment, love talking to people, and are motivated by challenges and growth, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach to potential customers through various channels. We have seen the highest conversion rates with cold calls and lead our campaigns with calling; if you don’t like calling this is likely not the best fit. We also do some unique and intelligent things on the email/social sequencing side.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Account Executives.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products and services.
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings.
Who You Are / Must-Haves
- Have executed sequences with a best-in-industry reply rate.
- Experience prospecting $100k+ contracts.
- Know how to get replies from VPs / CXOs.
- 2 years of experience in sales.
- Played sports in high school, college or both and are team oriented.
- Seek continuous self-improvement.
