The predicted salary is between 90000 - 120000 £ per year.

This is not a traditional B2B Sales Director role. This is a significant growth opportunity for you to lead and build a materially larger and commercially successful business on top of an established infrastructure platform. Be the person to unlock the opportunity. You will have the freedom to rethink how we expand our presence across business markets, where we compete, how we serve, how we take products to market and where we can create successful partnerships to accelerate growth. Note: this role is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days per week based in our Abingdon Head Office. Please do consider this before applying.

You will combine strategic thinking with action and execution. Spot the opportunities, then build the commercial model and sales strategy to capture them. Success will not be measured purely on Top Line Growth. This is about building and growing a business intelligently and sustainably. You will be a commercial leader who can evidence building and scaling growth businesses in Telecoms, Infrastructure, Technology, or similar sectors.

We have completed much of the hard work of building the platform. Your role and the next chapter are arguably more exciting, a rare opportunity for you to shape and build a commercial legacy. Gigaclear has built one of the UK’s most significant rural full fibre platforms, reaching more than 600,000 premises across 23 counties and serving more than 170,000 customers. That infrastructure platform connects some of the hardest-to-reach communities in the country and creates a significant long-term opportunity. Our next phase of growth is focused on increasing network utilisation, expanding customer penetration and unlocking new revenue streams. Business Services will play a critical role in our next chapter.
