Even though this is a 12-month contract role, you will lead and own the commercials and the relationships with our Tier 1 and 2 contractors.
The role will have variety andcover a wide rangeof work streams, with you reviewing and accepting contractor and supply chain quotations, then the post contract management resulting in prompt and fair administration and close out.
You will be someone who is used to and thrives on building those key relationships and understands the typical contract BOQ discussions and negotiations with civils, build and delivery contractors.

This is a hybrid role with at least one day a week based out of our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon.
