Purpose of the job
As the Credit Controller you will play a key role in ensuring that we minimise customer debt and reduce any bad debt. You will communicate regularly with our customers by telephone, email and in writing, responding to their queries in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, both for business and residential customers.
