About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to support the day-to-day management of Amazon seller and vendor accounts. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build hands-on experience in Amazon e-commerce, client management, and performance optimization. You will work closely with Senior Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure client accounts are running smoothly, tasks are executed accurately, and performance targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Account Support & Coordination
- Assist in managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts
- Support Senior Account Managers with daily account operations and reporting
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables for assigned accounts
- Ensure client requests are handled efficiently and professionally
- Amazon Operations
- Assist with product listings, optimizations, and catalog updates
- Monitor inventory levels and flag potential stock risks
- Support the setup and maintenance of promotions, deals, and campaigns
- Help monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance issues
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare basic performance reports (sales, traffic, conversion, advertising)
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities within account data
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting dashboards
- Communication
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams on assigned tasks
- Support client communication under guidance from Senior Account Managers
- Escalate risks, issues, or opportunities in a timely manner
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, or a related field
- Strong interest in Amazon marketplace operations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reports
Required Skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
- Basic understanding of Amazon advertising (PPC)
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
