We are currently recruiting for a growing MSP client of ours based in the Henley area for a 3rd Line Engineer - permanent. Hybrid working £44,000 - £47,000pa. For more information please apply asap.

Duties (not limited to):

  • Support to team (Escalations)
  • Mentoring Team
  • Project work (Design and Deployment)
  • Actively help to improve internal systems (HaloPSA, CIPP, Other)
  • Support of client infrastructure (M365/Networking etc)
  • Some onsite work required

Hard Skills:

  • Microsoft Certified (desirable): Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Cybersecurity qualifications such as ISC2 or ComptiaSecurity+
  • Strong M365 (Intune, SharePoint, Azure, Entra ID, Autopilot)
  • Solid Windows, MAC support skills
  • Windows Server advantageous
  • PowerShell scripting (M365, PC)
  • Networking equipment (all protocols incl VLAN). Unifi equipment ideal

Soft Skills:

  • Work under pressure as an individual and with your team
  • Customer facing and excellent communication (non-technical)
  • Have worked in MSP environment
