We are currently recruiting for a growing MSP client of ours based in the Henley area for a 3rd Line Engineer - permanent. Hybrid working.
Duties (not limited to):
- Support to team (Escalations)
- Project work (Design and Deployment)
- Actively help to improve internal systems (HaloPSA, CIPP, Other)
- Support of client infrastructure (M365/Networking etc)
Hard Skills:
- Microsoft Certified (desirable): Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Cybersecurity qualifications such as ISC2 or Comptia Security+
- Windows Server advantageous
- PowerShell scripting (M365, PC)
- Networking equipment (all protocols incl VLAN). Unifi equipment ideal
Soft Skills:
- Work under pressure as an individual and with your team
- Customer facing and excellent communication (non-technical)
- Have worked in MSP environment
