Project Manager Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £43,000 - £55,000 + annual bonus scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Leeds, LS1 (Hybrid) - 2 days in our Leeds Head Office, 3 days from home

We are seeking a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of varied, client onboarding projects. This is a mid-weight role designed for someone who thrives on the pace of agency life and excels at balancing multiple workstreams. You will act as the critical link between client strategy and execution, ensuring every Statement of Work (SOW) is delivered with precision and efficiency.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing:
- Agile Portfolio Oversight: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating quick-turnaround timeframes and shifting priorities with ease.
- SOW & Commercial Management: Monitor financial health and project scopes, using commercial acumen to maximise ROI and protect project margins.
- Process Innovation: Don’t just follow the process—improve it. You will proactively recommend and implement efficiencies and templates to mature our PM function.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the primary interface for high-level communication, translating technical details into clear business language for clients and partners.
- Technical Stewardship: Leverage PM software suites to maintain rigorous, transparent tracking of progress and strategic risks.
What You’ll Bring:
- Agency Experience: A solid background in a retail marketing, digital, or advertising agency environment with project management exposure in fast-paced commercial setting.
- Proactive Mindset: The ability to work at pace, manage tight SOW timeframes, and offer solutions before problems arise.
- Methodology & Agility: Proficiency and qualification in project methodology i.e. Prince 2, Waterfall, Agile but with a natural ability to work in an agile fashion to sprints when the project demands it.
- PM Tool Expertise: Advanced skills in PM software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) along with Google Suite and MS Office (Advanced Excel).
- Communication: Confidence in managing various levels of stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.
