Requirements

Successful GIG Chefs will need a minimum experience of 1 year as a Chef and will need to be passionate about cooking, and the exciting environment of the kitchen! They must also have:

  • Own Chef whites, knives, and safety shoes.
  • A Food Hygiene level 2 certificate, Allergen certification, and level 1 Health and Safety certificate.
