Acis Group is looking for an inspiring, forward-thinking Campus Manager to lead one of our most ambitious and exciting ventures: the Campus for Future Living in Mablethorpe. This flagship project, delivered in partnership with East Lindsey District Council, is dedicated to tackling health inequalities in coastal communities and reshaping how services are designed, delivered, and experienced.
As a Campus Manager (Campus for Future Living), a typical day might include:
- Being externally focused, identifying and meeting with health, care, wellbeing and research organisations, understanding their needs and priorities, and driving new ways in which we can work together.
- Developing fully funded new models and services that meet identified needs and priorities.
- Positioning Acis and the Campus for Future Living externally, through partnership activity, attending events, promotion and research activity.
- Generating new income to enable the Campus for Future Living to be a long-term success, including partnership working with health, care and research organisations, taking part in research ourselves and looking at how we can broaden our own service delivery.
- Making every contact count, focusing on growing our service offer, broadening our strategic partnerships and driving new income into the Campus while ensuring impact for our coastal communities.
- Working with the Campus Operational Team, providing leadership to ensure we meet income targets and offer quality services and facilities to all our Campus members and customers.
- Ensuring the Campus delivers a diverse range of support and engagement activities for those living in Mablethorpe and the local area through the development of our own activities and working with partners.
- Maintaining oversight of the Campus budgets to ensure income and expenditure falls in line with agreed annual budgeting and forecasting, working closely with the finance team to highlight any areas of risk or concern to Senior management.
- Contributing to the annual review of the Campus business plan and priorities.
- Supporting the Campus steering group through administration of their meetings, preparing and presenting reports on developmental progress and supporting general Steering group activity as required.
Some of the experience/skills we need to consider you:
- A proven track record of turning stakeholder relationships into productive and impactful partnerships, working collaboratively to deliver a bigger impact in a funded and sustainable way.
- Comfortable with both NHS lingo and housing jargon, with a great understanding of NHS and wider health services and delivery structure, both locally and nationally.
- Experience of working in or closely with the health, care, community or wellbeing sectors, along with a strong understanding of the local approach and delivery structures.
- Experienced in generating commercial income and driven to meet your targets.
- A great understanding of the local health and wellbeing challenges affecting Lincolnshire, particularly our coastal communities.
- A solution-focused thinker, who isn't afraid to try something new.
- Experience of generating diversified income through new markets and developing and establishing new models.
- An ability to scope new services and models from scratch, including cost modelling, financial profiling and cashflow forecasting.
- Target driven with a proven track record of delivering against monthly targets and objectives to meet an organisation's strategic vision.
- Strong leadership skills with experience of line managing teams.

- Experience of working with research partners including universities or health partners.
- An understanding of policy and their likely changes relating to health, education, or housing.
- A clear understanding of research and a data-led approach.
- Challenging the status quo and bringing solutions to engage people in wanting to change and making it happen.
- Marketing or external reputation experience is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of key sectors: education and skills, health, and housing.
- Understanding of how buildings and services need to be operationally delivered to provide excellent customer service and experience.
