Operations Manager - Creative Remote

Fulfilment and Operations Manager (Remote, UK-based) GIFTA | We’re looking for a process-obsessed, results-driven Fulfilment and Operations Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of everything from stock flow to shipping. GIFTA is the UK’s leading influencer gifting company, specialising in authentic connections between brands and creators. Our all-in-one gifting approach manages every aspect of the process: selecting influencers that align with your brand, delivering beautifully personalised products, and tracking content and ROI through our advanced platform. This approach ensures influencers have the freedom to create honest content that resonates with their audiences, fostering trust and transparency. Our model is rooted in authenticity, much like the traditional method of sending products to journalists for reviews, helping brands build credibility through genuine storytelling. With a proven track record, we’ve worked with over 170 brands, including L’Oréal, Unilever, P&G, Adidas, Kellogg’s, Tesco, and Heinz . We also pioneered the first chilled and frozen product distribution for influencers, enabling food brands to connect with niche audiences in innovative ways. Own fulfilment end-to-end, including stock, systems, and shipping Ensure quality control, timely deliveries, and budget-friendly ops Experience running or managing warehouse and shipping workflows ~ Bonus: experience with Mintsoft, DPD, or other e-comm ops tools ~ Bonus: European shipping/ops experience is a big plus 45,000 – £60,000 , depending on experience, plus performance bonus ~ Fully remote (UK-based) ~ Essential tech provided for your home office (MacBook, monitor, etc.) ~ All travel to our warehouse (Kidderminster) or London HQ fully expensed ~ Be part of a tight-knit, creative team working with global brands We empower creators to share unscripted, authentic content that builds trust and engages audiences in ways traditional advertising cannot achieve.
