Overview

This is not a junior role. The Strategist at GIFTA sits at the heart of how we grow: reporting directly into the Founder, leading client strategy from brief to campaign review, and building the thinking that positions GIFTA as the strategic partner of choice for enterprise-level brands. You are someone who spots patterns before they become trends, builds playbooks from what works, codifies what is repeatable, and has the clarity to evolve what is not. You will be a trusted senior voice for clients and colleagues, and a critical part of the commercial engine.

  • Growth and Client Strategy

Work closely with the Founder on the enterprise go-to-market strategy, driving GIFTA's next chapter of growth and evolving the agency into a strategic partner for the world's biggest brands. Lead on the creation of the gifting strategy for new clients and provide strategic data and insights to support.
