Are you passionate about Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube? Do you live and breathe social media content and creator culture? Dream of shaping strategy for some of the world's biggest brands and most exciting creators? If yes, we should talk.

At GIFTA, gifting is never just logistics. It is strategy. It is culture. It is the difference between a product that gets posted and one that gets ignored. We need a Strategist who understands that difference at a cellular level.

About GIFTA: GIFTA is the UK's leading influencer gifting company, specialising in authentic connections between brands and creators. Our all-in-one approach manages every element: creator selection, personalised fulfilment, content tracking, and ROI measurement through our advanced platform. Our model is rooted in authenticity, empowering nano and micro creators to share genuine, unscripted stories about brands they love. We have worked with over 200 brands including L'Oreal, Unilever, P&G, Adidas, Kellogg's, Tesco, and Heinz. We pioneered the first chilled and frozen product distribution for influencers. And we are just getting started.

The Role: As our Senior Account Director for Client Growth, your primary mandate is simple: unlock the hidden revenue within our current client roster, and set the long-term commercial vision for where those relationships can go. You will own the post-sale commercial relationship for our flagship accounts. You won’t be running the daily execution, we have talented delivery teams for that, but you will be the senior commercial leader who guides, mentors and supports them, ensuring their work translates into account growth. This is a high-visibility, strategic role: deeply understanding our clients’ broader marketing goals, building multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders, and mapping GIFTA’s evolving capabilities to their business objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive Organic Revenue Growth: Own and deliver against net-revenue growth targets across our existing client base of over 100 clients via strategic account planning, upselling core services, and cross-selling our paid influencer and amplification arms.
  • Master Retention & Renewals: Proactively manage the renewal lifecycle for all recurring and project-based clients. Identify churn risks early and engineer creative, value-driven solutions to protect and expand contract values.
  • Set the Long-Term Account Vision: Look beyond the next quarter — anticipate where each flagship relationship can grow over the next 12–24 months, and drive the ideation and commercialisation of new GIFTA service offerings to meet emerging client demands.
  • Strategic Account Mapping: Build deep, multi-layered relationships within client organisations — moving beyond day-to-day contacts to engage Brand Directors, CMOs and Procurement leaders.
  • Account Planning, CRM & Reporting: Build and own structured, forward-looking account plans for the portfolio; keep our CRM (HubSpot) accurate and commercially useful as the single source of truth for pipeline and account health; and report performance, risks and growth opportunities clearly to the senior leadership team.
  • Architect Commercial Agreements: Lead high-value commercial negotiations and shape the Master Service Agreements and frameworks that underpin them — securing favourable, multi-year terms that protect the agency and lock in revenue.
  • Protect Pricing & Margin: Keep a commercial eye on the “cost to serve” across your accounts, structuring deals and pricing so that growth is profitable, not just top-line.
  • Commercial Pitching & Packaging: Working with our strategist to craft compelling commercial proposals and pitch decks for existing clients, showcasing how a deeper investment with GIFTA accelerates their ROI.
  • Lead, Support & Develop the Team: Be a senior leadership presence for the account and campaign teams running day-to-day activity — providing commercial direction and ensuring client feedback shapes how we deliver. Just as importantly, mentor and upskill our account managers, helping them grow toward Account Director level and building the bench strength of our client services function.

Your First Six Months — What Success Looks Like:

  • Protect and grow net revenue retention across your portfolio.
  • Deliver incremental upsell and cross-sell revenue from the existing book.
  • Secure renewal of contracts due in the period, safeguarding at-risk revenue.
  • Establish senior, multi-threaded relationships (Brand Director / CMO / Procurement level) across flagship accounts.
  • Build and present commercial growth proposals to existing clients.
  • Embed a repeatable commercial account-growth rhythm with the delivery teams across the top accounts.
  • Put a development plan in place for the account management team, with clear progression milestones toward Account Director level.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Agency Pedigree: 7+ years of account management experience within a fast-paced agency environment (integrated, PR, digital or influencer marketing). Global or top-tier network agency experience is highly desirable.
  • A Commercial Mindset: A proven track record of hitting and exceeding organic growth targets (upsells / cross-sells) and managing a large commercial portfolio (ideally £500k+).
  • Leadership & Mentorship: A track record of leading and developing a team — someone who lifts the people around them, sets a commercial standard, and has a genuine appetite for growing talent toward the next rung.
  • Natural Consultative Selling: You don’t hard-sell. You diagnose a client’s business problems and position agency solutions flawlessly.
  • Excellent Storyteller: Exceptional presentation and pitch-deck creation skills. You can translate campaign metrics into commercial business impact for senior stakeholders.
  • Influencer / Social Literacy: A strong grasp of the current social media, creator economy and paid media landscape, so you can confidently cross-sell our expanding capabilities.

What we offer:

  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • 4-day work week (Fridays off)
  • Flexible start and finish times
  • Hybrid working: WFH on Mondays plus additional days with 48 hours notice
  • Weekly team socials, wellness activities, and Thursday team lunches
  • Office snacks, breakfasts, and regular industry events
  • Two weeks per year working from anywhere in the world
  • Your own desk in our brand-new London office
  • Mac computer setup and anything else you need to succeed
