Job description
Are you passionate about Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube? Do you live and breathe social media content and strategies? Dream of working with thousands of top nano influencers and some of the world’s biggest brands? If yes, we’re a perfect match!
At GIFTA, we’re revolutionising influencer marketing with our all-in-one gifting approach. From influencer selection and personalised fulfilment to tracking all content and ROI, we ensure every campaign delivers measurable value. Our model empowers nano and micro creators to share genuine, unscripted content about the brands they love—building trust, engagement, and meaningful connections. Join us to reshape the future of influencer marketing.
About GIFTA
GIFTA is the UK’s leading influencer gifting company, specialising in authentic connections between brands and creators. Our all-in-one gifting approach manages every aspect of the process: selecting influencers that align with the brand, fulfilling and delivering beautifully personalised influencer gift packages showcasing brand / products, and tracking content and ROI through our advanced platform.
This approach ensures influencers have the freedom to create honest content that resonates with their audiences, fostering trust and transparency. Our model is rooted in authenticity—much like the traditional method of sending products to journalists for reviews—helping brands build credibility through genuine storytelling.
With a proven track record, we’ve worked with over 170 brands, including L’Oréal, Unilever, P&G, Adidas, Kellogg’s, Tesco, and Heinz. We also pioneered the first chilled and frozen product distribution for influencers, enabling food brands to connect with niche audiences in innovative ways.
The Role
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Influencer Community Manager to scale and strengthen our influencer network. This role is ideal for someone with experience building and managing large communities of influencers—whether in-house for a brand or agency. You’ll take ownership of our community of 20,000+ UK-based influencers, developing strategies to attract new creators, nurture existing relationships, and expand our reach.
This is our first full-time community management role, so we need someone who’s ready to make an impact—shaping processes, driving engagement, and advising on team growth as we scale.

2 – Community Engagement & Relationship Building
- Be the face of GIFTA to our influencer community, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.
- Build strong, authentic relationships with influencers to foster a connected community.
- Proactively communicate with influencers, maintaining alignment with GIFTA’s brand voice and values.
3 – Database Management & Optimisation
- Organise and optimise our influencer database, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data privacy standards.
- Innovate ways to segment and search the database for campaign opportunities.
- Track and analyse engagement metrics, identifying trends and high-performing influencers.
4 – Create Engaging Touchpoints for Influencers
- Develop initiatives to keep influencers engaged and excited about GIFTA, such as:
- Broadcast messages and newsletters.
- Blogs and guides on best practices for content creation.
- Virtual drop-in sessions and in-person meetups.
5 – Identify New Opportunities
- Propose new revenue streams and collaboration opportunities for GIFTA and its influencers.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech and platforms to enhance community management and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience building and scaling large communities of influencers (in-house or agency-side).
- Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for fostering a sense of community.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with experience managing and optimising large databases.
- Creative and strategic thinker who can develop initiatives that engage and grow our network.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, platforms, and data privacy standards is a plus.
