We’re looking for a process-obsessed, results‑driven Fulfilment and Operations Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of everything from stock flow to shipping. What you’ll do

• Own fulfilment end‑to‑end, including stock, systems, and shipping
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and outbound deliveries
• Optimise processes and systems as we scale
• Ensure quality control, timely deliveries, and budget‑friendly operations
• Nurture strong relationships with client teams and suppliers to deliver maximum value from an operational standpoint
• Be the heartbeat of our logistics and a key voice in our growth

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics operations
• Experience running or managing warehouse and shipping workflows
• Someone who’s organised, calm under pressure, and solution‑driven
• Bonus: experience with Mintsoft, DPD, or other e‑comm ops tools
• Bonus: European shipping/ops experience is a big plus
