Responsibilities:
- Independently resolving 75% of incoming queries and ensuring only high-value 'Decision-Required' items reach the CEO.
- Building rapport with key clients and partners to act as a seamless extension of the CEO’s voice, ensuring stakeholders feel valued even when the CEO is unavailable.
- Working with the CEO daily to align on priorities.
- Identifying potential scheduling conflicts or 'friction points' before they occur and resolving them without CEO intervention.
- Coordinating travel, meetings, agendas, and materials.
- Supporting the CEO at internal and external events.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Providing ad hoc admin support to help Founders multiply their time.
Office Management:
- Sole point of contact for landlord, cleaners, and maintenance.
- Keeping the space running smoothly, organised, and welcoming.
- Managing supplies, equipment, deliveries, and meeting rooms.
- Handling post, access, and day-to-day facilities.
- Coordinating laptops, tech, access, and desk setup.
