Do you live and breathe creator culture? Can you turn insight, data and a rough brief into a story a brand can't say no to? If you think in evidence, angles and narrative, we should talk. At GIFTA, gifting is never just logistics. It's strategy, it's culture, and it's the difference between a product that gets posted and one that gets ignored. We're looking for a sharp, fast-thinking mind to shape the proposals and storytelling that win new business and keep our existing clients growing.

About GIFTA

GIFTA is the UK's leading influencer gifting company, connecting brands with nano and micro creators for genuine, unscripted content. We've worked with 170+ brands including L'Oréal, Unilever, P&G, Adidas, Kellogg's and Heinz, and we pioneered the first chilled and frozen product distribution for influencers.

Role: Creative Strategist Intern

Type: Day rate (with potential to grow into a longer-term role)

Location: London. Hybrid, with some days in our Shoreditch office

Working with: The new-business and account teams

What You’ll Do

  • Shape the Narrative with Insight: Bring the outside in. Turn industry trends, competitor moves, and creator-culture signals (TikTok hooks, shifting IG aesthetics) into sharp, credible pitch angles.
  • Win New Business: Translate client briefs into compelling, well-structured proposals. You’ll build the 'why gifting, why now' case and bring fresh creative concepts that beat out generic pitch templates.
  • Grow Existing Accounts: Dig into campaign data alongside account teams to spot upsell opportunities and build stories that prove our ongoing value to clients.
  • Work at Pace: Turn briefs around quickly and collaboratively without losing polish.

What We’re Looking For

  • Natural Storytellers: You can write. You turn dense briefs and dry data into clear, persuasive, jargon-free narratives.
  • Creator Culture Natives: You genuinely live and breathe the social and nano/micro-creator landscape—not just in theory.
  • Analytical Minds: You're comfortable reading campaign numbers, finding the hidden story, and explaining what the data actually means.
  • Sharp & Ambitious: You are curious, confident, and proactive. You take direction well, but you’re eager to take initiative and run.
