Role Overview

We’re looking for a brilliant freelance graphic designer to join us on a 6-month contract (4 days per week) to take the lead on all things visual. From campaign assets and packaging mock-ups to social content and branded decks, this role is ideal for someone who loves variety, design excellence, and working in a fast-paced, growing creative team. You’ll help define and evolve our visual identity while supporting key functions across marketing, campaigns, and client pitches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Visual Identity
    • Own and evolve GIFTA’s brand identity across all visual outputs
    • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries
    • Bring bold, bubbly, and fun design energy into everything we do
  • Marketing & Social Assets
    • Design static and dynamic content for social (feed, story, reels, paid ads)
    • Create visuals for CRM emails, blogs, and website banners
    • Translate briefs into creative that delivers scroll-stopping engagement
  • Campaign & Client Design
    • Design client-facing assets like proposal decks, brief cards, and packaging mock-ups
    • Support the strategy, marketing, and account teams with visual materials for active and upcoming campaigns
    • Add value creatively to proposals and campaign execution
  • Collaboration & Workflow
    • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Growth, Client, and Operations teams
    • Contribute to brainstorms and campaign ideation sessions
    • Manage multiple briefs and deadlines with ease and professionalism
    • Keep design files and templates organised and easily accessible across the team

Requirements

Experience and Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience as a designer (agency or in-house)
  • A strong portfolio across digital, social, and print design
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or Figma
  • Experience working on brand, campaign and content creative
  • Able to take ownership of the visual output and elevate the brand identity
  • Comfortable working freelance
