Account Executive

GIFTA is an exciting, fast-growing influencer agency that helps brands get their products into the hands of thousands of micro and nano influencers.

Our model empowers nano and micro creators to share genuine, unscripted content about the brands they love – building trust, engagement, and meaningful connections.

We’re looking for a fantastic Account Executive to join our team and support on gifting campaigns for some of the UK’s best brands like Kellogg’s, Unilever, TESCO, and Heinz.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Campaign Success

• Work closely with our team of talented account managers and fulfilment specialists to deliver world-class influencer gifting campaign for our clients
• Input into campaign strategy, briefing, and reporting
• Provide admin support to team and clients, including updating decks & reports
• Assist with co-ordinating and delegating additional tasks within the internal team

Influencer Sourcing & Comms

• Source, vet and outreach to new influencers to join the GIFTA network
• Build and maintain relationships with new influencers and talent agencies
• Act as main point of contact with the influencers for campaigns, including sharing details, briefs, and managing any questions that come in
• Monitor influencer performance, and highlight any fast-growing/high-performing creators/trends to the team

About You

• Experience in influencer marketing/PR a bonus
• Creative minded and actively interested in pop/social culture – you’ll be spending a lot of your day looking at influencers and content
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – you’ll be representing GIFTA to clients and influencers
• Organised and proactive – we’re a fast growing company and like to move quickly

About the role

• Salary: £26k-29k
• 4 days/week, 3 in our office in Shoreditch
• Regular team socials/workouts on Gifta
• All the other fuzzy stuff like office snacks, company parties, and industry events
