The Opportunity:
Reporting into an impressive and supportive senior finance leadership team, you'll take ownership of a broad range of financial and management accounting responsibilities whilst also leading a small reporting team. Unlike many industry roles that can become transactional or repetitive, this position offers significant exposure across both operational and commercial finance, providing an exceptional foundation for future progression into Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Financial Control or wider leadership roles.
Responsibilities will include:
- Production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Ownership and review of balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
- Managing and developing a small reporting team
- Analysing financial and operational performance information
- Working closely with stakeholders across both finance and operational functions
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls and efficiencies
- Supporting ongoing automation and finance transformation initiatives
- Contributing to wider finance projects and continuous improvement activities
