We're partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business that is entering an exciting phase of development and is now seeking an experienced finance professional to join on an initial six-month contract.
Reporting directly to the owners, this is a broad and highly visible role that combines hands-on financial management with genuine commercial influence and financial stewardship. Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the finance function whilst acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing clear financial insight and helping guide strategic decision-making.
- Production and presentation of monthly management accounts.
- Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.
- Financial analysis and performance reporting.
- Providing commercial insight and financial support to the owners.
- Overseeing payroll processes across both permanent and temporary staff.
