Gifford and Partners are leading a search for a Private Client Tax Manager for one of the UK's largest regional practices with the flexibility to work from home, Leeds or Bradford. Working for a professional practice that combines the agility and personality of a local firm with the scale and support of a national network. This growing and dynamic firm will offer a springboard to Senior Manager, Director and beyond with a mentored programme to accelerate your progression.
This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and commercially astute tax professional looking to work closely with experienced Partners while gaining exposure to high-quality clients and complex advisory work. Managing a varied portfolio including HNWIs, business owners, trusts, and family offices, the business can offer hybrid and flexible working, a genuine work-life balance with flexibility tailored to you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing personal tax compliance and complex tax returns for HNWIs
- Advising clients on personal tax issues including IHT, CGT, residence, and succession planning
- Delivering bespoke tax planning advice in collaboration with Partners
- Spotting opportunities to add value and enhance client relationships
- Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members

- CTA qualified (or ACA/ACCA with significant tax experience)
