Management Accountant
Leeds | Fast-Paced, Growing, and Commercially Engaging Environment
A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and tangibly interesting business in the role of Management Accountant. This broad and highly visible role offers exposure and support to commercil finance and key operational division, Management Accounting, projects, M&A and acquisition activity. As Business Accountant you will also review project financial performance, including work-in-progress and unbilled revenue, alongside maintaining balance sheet reconciliations and supporting financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in the month-end close process, including preparing and attending close meetings.
- Support a range of high-impact projects including refinancing, M&A, acquisition due diligence, impairment testing, and changes to capital structure.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis in partnership with operational finance and business stakeholders.
- Conduct balance sheet reviews of acquired businesses, supporting valuation testing, forecasting, and post-deal performance tracking.
- Champion digital tools and automation to streamline processes and enhance commercial decision-making.
About You:
We\’re looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA or ACMA with a sharp, inquisitive mindset and the confidence to work in a dynamic and evolving environment. You\’ll be commercially astute, detail-oriented, and eager to broaden your experience across projects and various change initiatives.
