Are you currently working in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Financial Analysis within a large or complex organisation and feeling ready for more influence, visibility and progression? This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst role where you'll sit at the heart of a fast-evolving finance function, playing a key role in system change, senior stakeholder partnering and high-impact financial reporting.
Joining a well-established Commercial team during a period of significant transformation, youβll be exposed to:
- New system testing and development, helping shape how future reporting, forecasting and analysis is delivered
- Senior-level business partnering, working closely with finance leaders and regional stakeholders
- High-quality Excel-based reporting, producing insightful, decision-focused analysis for leadership and board-level audiences
This is not a back-office reporting role. Itβs about influence, insight and progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver robust, timely consolidated reporting, forecasts and budgets across a complex group structure
- Play an active role in system testing, development and process improvement, supporting a finance function in transition
- Provide clear, insightful analysis explaining performance, movements and trends
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, regional teams and finance controllers
- Support the preparation of high-quality board and leadership packs
- Use advanced Excel capability to model, analyse and present financial data effectively
- Coach and support junior analysts, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team
About You
- Background in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Financial Analysis, ideally within a large, matrixed or international business
- Strong Excel skills with the confidence to work with complex data and models
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, change-led environment
- Confident at engaging with senior stakeholders and explaining financial insight clearly
- Ambitious, curious and keen to develop into a broader senior finance role
