Gifford and Partners are working with a new client in Leeds to appoint a Commercial Finance Leader. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape major business decisions through high quality financial insight, investment analysis and strategic support.
- Supporting M&A activity, acquisitions and integration planning
- Producing commercial analysis to support key growth decisions
- Building investment appraisals, business cases and scenario models
- Producing scenario planning and delivering these to key stakeholders including CFO/COO, Divisional MDs and Operational Heads
- Tracking acquisition synergies and performance outcomes
- Supporting transformation projects across finance, systems and operations
- Commercial strategy
- Business transformation programmes
