Gifford and Partners have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join a class leading team, based in Leeds. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with ideally some post-qualified experience or relatively newly qualified experience.
Responsibilities are likely to include:
- Supporting commercial finance to help shape the future revenue and profit expectations of the business
- Production and analysis of the monthly forecast
- Driving improvements in financial performance by working closely with key stakeholders
- Own key reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Contribute to high-quality board reporting and present insights to senior leadership
- Be involved in the end-to-end budget setting process and support ad hoc projects, including potential M&A activities
- Collaborate with the wider business to support overall team priorities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Exposure to the Finance Director and other senior stakeholders
Essentially, the role of Senior Commercial Finance Analyst targets a qualified ACA/ACMA/ACCA with strong business partnering. Ideally, up to 2 years of experience in reporting and analysis is preferred. You will have a passion for continuous improvement, automation, and process simplification.
