What You'll Be Doing
This is a broad, commercially focused role with real influence, including:
- Acting as a Finance Business Partner to senior operational and commercial stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Providing clear, concise and actionable financial insight to support pricing, contract negotiations and strategic decisions
- Challenging assumptions and interpreting market and commercial trends to support future growth

- Supporting the business as it prepares for, and executes, its next phase of growth
About You

- 3-4 years post-qualification experience
- A strong background in commercial finance or finance business partnering
- Proven experience supporting contract negotiations, pricing or margin decisions
- The confidence to challenge, influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Experience managing or developing a small team
- A track record of delivering insight that leads to tangible outcomes
- Experience within a growing SME or a change-led environment would be advantageous, as would exposure to acquisition or integration activity, although attitude and commercial capability are more important than a perfect CV.
Why This Role?
- A high-visibility role with genuine influence across the business
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
- The opportunity to shape commercial outcomes during a period of change and growth
- A business that values challenge, insight and delivery - not hierarchy
