You will own and scale some of giffgaff’s most impactful acquisition channels: Students, Super Recruiters and Affiliates. In this role, you’ll set and deliver the strategy that grows our member base, increases lifetime value and unlocks new revenue streams. You’ll spot and execute new commercial opportunities, lead high-profile, board-level initiatives, and turn smart ideas into measurable growth through strong partnerships and sharp execution.
You’ll be the driving force behind our SIM partnerships strategy, influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally, negotiating and closing standout commercial deals, and building long-term relationships that fuel sustainable growth. Alongside this, you’ll be a people leader - developing, motivating and empowering your team to perform at their best. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, finance and sales, own forecasting and performance reporting, and proactively tackle risks and challenges head-on.
If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, partnerships and leadership – and want to make a real impact at a challenger brand – this role has your name on it.
