This is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) Hybrid working - At least one day a month in the Uxbridge office.
Our recently launched new product, giffgaff broadband, is at the heart of this exciting Product Delivery Manager opportunity. You will play a key role in taking a live product from launch into its next phase, focusing on scaling performance, embedding stability and ensuring it delivers real, measurable value for members as adoption grows. This is a high impact role where you will help shape how a new product evolves in market and continues to improve over time.
You will sit at the centre of delivery, working closely with Product, Engineering and external suppliers to ensure the service operates seamlessly day to day while also driving forward enhancements and continuous improvement. Acting as the key bridge between internal teams and partners, you will align priorities, manage delivery risks, lead supplier performance and provide clear visibility across stakeholders, all while helping to build a strong, product led delivery culture.

The must haves:
- Proven experience in delivery, programme or project management within a tech or digital environment
- Experience managing external suppliers or technology vendors with accountability for performance
- Experience running trials, pilots or phased rollouts of products or services
- Strong understanding of service management including SLAs, KPIs and supplier governance
- Ability to manage delivery across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
