giffgaff is seeking a Member In‑Life Manager to shape and deliver strategies that deepen engagement, boost product adoption and unlock more value from each customer relationship. You will analyze customer data to identify patterns and triggers, then design targeted, automated campaigns and journeys with CRM, data science, UX and commercial teams.

You will focus on migrations from PAYG to PAYM, broadband penetration and cross‑sell journeys, using a test‑and‑learn approach to balance customer.
