As a Commercial Manager at giffgaff, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering initiatives that drive member growth and commercial performance. Working across a varied portfolio of partnerships, referral programmes and acquisition channels, you'll help identify new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and ensure commercial activity delivers value for both the business and its members. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Design, Finance and Operations, as well as a range of external partners. You'll take ownership of commercial campaigns from planning through to delivery and optimisation, using data and insight to improve performance, influence decision making and continuously enhance how giffgaff approaches partnerships and customer acquisition. It offers a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management and hands-on execution, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building partnerships, solving problems and delivering measurable results.

- Proven experience delivering commercial campaigns or projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
