Product marketing at giffgaff is about being the vital glue between product, marketing, commerce and service teams, thereby helping everyone succeed. As a Senior Product Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our mobile and phones products are brought to market, ensuring they meet genuine member needs while driving commercial growth. Acting as the link between product, marketing, commercial and service teams, you will translate customer insight into compelling propositions and ensure our messaging clearly communicates the value of what we offer. In this role, you will lead end to end go to market activity, from defining positioning and crafting impactful campaigns through to analysing performance and optimising for continuous improvement. You will use data, experimentation and customer feedback to refine strategies, working closely with cross functional teams to deliver measurable growth across acquisition, engagement and retention, while championing a customer first approach in everything we do.

The must haves:
- Significant product marketing experience with a track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention
- Strong experience developing and executing go to market strategies for product launches and updates
- Demonstrable ability to translate complex products into clear, customer-focused messaging and positioning
- Experience using data, analytics and experimentation to optimise marketing performance and inform strategy
- Proven experience working closely with product teams within a modern product operating model
