At giffgaff, the Project Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in turning ambitious, cross-team initiatives into reality. Sitting at the heart of our product organisation, you’ll plan, coordinate, and deliver complex programmes that span multiple product teams, external partners, and business functions. Your mission is to keep everyone aligned on shared outcomes and milestones, while protecting the integrity of our Product Strategy and the autonomy of our teams.
You’ll lead the planning and breakdown of large initiatives, working closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to map dependencies, manage risks, and keep work moving smoothly across boundaries. From navigating third-party vendors to collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Marketing, you’ll act as the glue that connects teams and translates organisational needs into clear product and technical requirements. You’ll also coach teams on delivery best practices, help prioritise cross-initiative work alongside discovery, and facilitate forums that ensure cadence, quality, and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
Clear communication is central to the role. You’ll provide concise, outcome-focused reporting on project health, progress, and risks, manage stakeholder expectations in an agile environment, and act as the first point of escalation when cross-team challenges arise. If you thrive on untangling complexity, aligning diverse groups around a common goal, and enabling teams to deliver meaningful outcomes at pace, this role puts you right where giffgaff’s biggest ideas become real.
