This role sits at the heart of how giffgaff grows value from its existing member base. As Member In‑Life Manager, you’ll shape and deliver strategies that deepen engagement, increase product adoption, and unlock more value from each customer relationship. You’ll focus on identifying the right moments to connect with members and presenting relevant, timely offers that enhance their experience while driving commercial performance.
Day to day, you’ll work hands‑on with customer data to uncover behavioural patterns, propensities and triggers that signal opportunity. You’ll translate these insights into targeted, automated campaigns and journeys, partnering closely with CRM, data science, UX and commercial teams. Whether it’s driving migrations from PAYG to PAYM, increasing broadband penetration, or building cross‑sell journeys, you’ll take a test‑and‑learn approach, continuously optimising performance to balance customer value with commercial return.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial growth, CVM or cross‑sell environments
- Strong background using data and insights to drive customer value and decision making
- Experience designing and delivering targeted customer migration or upsell strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and optimise commercially viable campaigns
- Experience working within Telco, Financial Services or similar customer‑centric industries
- Ability to work closely with data science teams to develop predictive models
- Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for uncovering customer behaviours
- Experience across PAYG, PAYM or Broadband products
- Confidence collaborating across CRM, UX, brand and commercial teams
- An agile approach with a test‑and‑learn mindset
