Role Overview

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping how giffgaff connects with its members through impactful, insight‑led retention campaigns. You’ll set the creative and strategic direction across the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring activity is distinctive, on brand, and consistently delivers against commercial and customer goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end development and delivery of retention campaigns: diagnose business challenges, craft clear, compelling briefs, execute, optimise and conduct post‑campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, media, member engagement) and agency partners to deliver a coordinated, always‑on approach to communications.
  • Account for budgets, timelines and stakeholder alignment, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and to high standards while embedding learnings to improve performance.
  • Develop talent, strengthen collaboration and elevate creative standards across the wider organisation.

Key Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a senior campaign leadership role, either agency or in‑house.
  • Proven track record of delivering campaigns that drive brand and retention performance.
  • Expertise managing end‑to‑end campaign and creative development processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to navigate complex approvals.
