As a Commercial Planning Manager at giffgaff, you will sit at the heart of the commercial function, owning end to end planning and forecasting to translate strategy into clear, deliverable outcomes. You will be accountable for turning long term goals into a prioritised, actionable commercial roadmap that drives performance across mobile and broadband.

In this role, you will lead the quarterly planning cycle, bringing together stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Product, BI and Commercial to align on assumptions, priorities and targets. You will shape integrated plans that balance acquisition, retention, pricing and propositions, while continuously monitoring market dynamics, competitor activity and performance trends. With a strong focus on forecasting accuracy and scenario modelling, you will identify risks and opportunities early, enabling the business to take decisive, proactive action and maintain commercial predictability.

The must haves:

  • Proven experience leading commercial planning cycles in a complex, matrix organisation
  • Strong commercial and numerical acumen with the ability to interpret data and build robust forecasts
  • Experience in forecasting, scenario modelling and evaluating commercial outcomes
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Track record of delivering integrated commercial plans aligned to financial targets
