Role Description
The Retail Sales Consultant role is a part-time, three days a week, on-site position based within our shop-in-shop located within Flannels Leeds.
The consultant will welcome and assist customers on the shop floor, providing knowledgeable advice on product selection, fit, and styling.
Daily responsibilities include conducting sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the store environment is clean and well-presented.
The role involves building long-term customer relationships, supporting customer fittings and alterations coordination, and achieving individual and store sales targets.
The consultant will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent, high-quality in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales to engage customers and drive revenue.
- Strong Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction focus to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and support premium brand standards.
- Previous experience in fashion, luxury retail, or tailoring environments is advantageous.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills for handling transactions, and reliability in a part-time schedule.
