As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will be working with our Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure we always provide exceptional service to our guests, helping them make memories that last a lifetime.

  • Monitor financial controls, including revenue management, billing accuracy, stock control, and cost awareness to support profitability targets.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, handling feedback professionally and creating opportunities for repeat business and guest loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and wider management team to maintain service standards, ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, and deliver operational excellence.
