Gidi Grill is a West-African and Caribbean inspired Fusion restaurant. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Aberdeen-based establishment. This role requires prior experience working within the Aberdeen hospitality environment, with a clear understanding of local operational standards, customer expectations, and the pace of service.
