Gidi Grill is a West-African and Caribbean inspired Fusion restaurant. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Aberdeen-based establishment. This role requires prior experience working within the Aberdeen hospitality environment, with a clear understanding of local operational standards, customer expectations, and the pace of service.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in busy restaurant settings.
Responsibilities- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Motivate and mentor team members to provide excellent service.
