The predicted salary is between 50000 - 70000 € per year.
We deploy long-term capital through direct and fund investments across the capital structure to diversify our portfolio. You will have the opportunity to make direct equity investments across the infrastructure asset class – including gas and electricity networks, power generation and renewables, communications infrastructure, water utilities, airports, seaports and highways.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and executing new infrastructure investments.
- Compiling and presenting financial and qualitative analysis of companies and sectors.
- Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with counterparties and potential investee companies.
- Managing the existing infrastructure portfolio.
- Monitoring assigned investments, supporting GIC as representative at investor and board meetings, interacting with management and other investors on a regular basis and working on various strategic initiatives with investee companies.
- Being part of special projects as assigned from time to time (for example, market mapping of industries).
Qualifications
- Relevant experience gained either in an investment bank, infrastructure private equity, management consulting, or accounting firm.
- An academic background demonstrating excellence.
- Outstanding working knowledge and experience of financial modelling (DCF or project financing) and comparative analysis.
- Transactional due diligence experience and strong report writing skills.
- Strong project management and coordination experience.
- European languages are advantageous.
