Long‑term investments in publicly listed corporates such as transformational acquisition financing, PIPEs, and subsidiary‑level stakes. Alternative Partners – partnerships with investors not directly addressed by other teams within GIC, such as family offices, fund‑less sponsors, and niche funds. Financing Solutions – flexible solutions to finance assets such as intellectual property, royalty streams, aircraft fleets, tax receivables, and US mid‑market buyouts.
This role is a three‑year contract as part of our Associate programme.
What will you do as an Associate?
- Support the team in targeted direct origination by region.
- Evaluate and execute deals, including financial analysis, modelling, valuation, due diligence and meetings with management teams.
- Draft and present memoranda for the investment committee.
- Assist with legal documentation and structuring.
- Monitor portfolio performance.
