We are seeking a skilled Shot Blaster with experience in rail depot operations or rolling stock environments to support surface preparation processes within a safety‑critical production facility.

The role involves preparing rail components to specification, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards, and supporting continuous improvement within depot operations.

Ideal candidates will have:

1. Rail or depot‑based engineering experience
2. Strong understanding of industrial safety practices
3. Experience working to production targets and quality standards
4. A proactive and detail‑focused mindset
