We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met, and coordinating teams to deliver operational targets.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production and depot activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Manage and support depot staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
- Liaise with engineering, maintenance, and planning teams
- Monitor productivity, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
- Ensure equipment, tools, and facilities are used and maintained correctly
- Report on production performance and operational issues to management
- Proven experience in a production or operations supervisory role
- Engineering background (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field preferred)
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
