We are a leading train manufacturing, maintenance and repairs company based at the world famous St Rollox rail depot in Springburn, Glasgow. What you’ll do:

  • Support delivery of rolling stock projects end-to-end
  • Coordinate engineering activities and keep work on track
  • Manage technical documentation and project data
  • Work with workshop teams, suppliers, and clients
  • Help solve day-to-day delivery challenges
  • Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in rail, rolling stock, or a similar engineering environment
  • Understanding of engineering delivery processes
  • Familiarity with PLM or maintenance systems
  • Strong communication and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or similar)
  • Rail or rolling stock experience is essential
