We’re proud of our expert team, and now we’re offering the chance for a motivated individual to kickstart their career with us as an Apprentice Workshop Engineer at our Colne depot.
What’s the role?
As an Apprentice, you’ll be a key part of our busy and skilled workshop team. You’ll work alongside experienced service engineers, gaining hands-on experience with professional groundscare machinery. You’ll learn how to inspect, service, repair, and maintain a wide variety of equipment, using workshop tools and diagnostic systems, all while working towards a nationally recognised NVQ Level 3 Land-Based Service Engineering qualification.

We’re not expecting you to have experience, that’s what we’ll help you build, but we are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in machinery, mechanics or engineering
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Is eager to learn and take pride in their progress
- Has a good attitude, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
- Works well in a team and communicates clearly
