We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met, and coordinating teams to deliver operational targets. An engineering background is strongly preferred, and experience within the train or rail industry will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production and depot activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Manage and support depot staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
- Liaise with engineering, maintenance, and planning teams
