We are seeking a skilled Shot Blaster with experience in rail depot operations or rolling stock environments to support surface preparation processes within a safety-critical production facility.

The role involves preparing rail components to specification, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, and supporting continuous improvement within depot operations.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Rail or depot-based engineering experience
• Strong understanding of industrial safety practices
• Experience working to production targets and quality standards
• A proactive and detail-focused mindset
