At Gibson’s Engineering, our mission is clear: to design, engineer and produce cutting-edge trains that redefine the standards of safety, efficiency and sustainability within the industry. We’re looking for an Engineer to join our growing team, working in the rail sector.
What you’ll do:
- Support delivery of rolling stock projects end-to-end
- Coordinate engineering activities and keep work on track
- Manage technical documentation and project data
- Work with workshop teams, suppliers, and clients
- Help solve day-to-day delivery challenges
- Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in rail, rolling stock, or a similar engineering environment
- Understanding of engineering delivery processes
- Familiarity with PLM or maintenance systems
- Strong communication and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or similar)
- Rail or rolling stock experience is essential
