We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Stores Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow, control and traceability of components across the business.

As the Stores Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Goods‑In Department, oversee material handling, ensure stock traceability, accuracy and efficient part storage, while prioritising timely distribution to avoid delays in critical manufacturing and assembly processes. You will drive team performance, uphold health and safety standards, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, providing reliable, data‑driven insights to facilitate optimal decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must have prior experience managing a Parts Department/Stores with a focus on internal logistics, material control, and inventory management, preferably in Motorsport, Automotive or Aerospace. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high‑pressure environment with tight deadlines is essential. A high level of computer literacy and the ability to make confident decisions will be key to your success in this role.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm. Applicants should have access to their own vehicle. Location: Repton Head Office.
